Founder & Principal Producer
Yoan Leyva is the Founder and Principal Producer of BluePeak Digital Insurance Agency, bringing more than a decade of experience in insurance, underwriting, risk analysis, and financial services. His background as a high-level commercial insurance underwriter means BluePeak clients understand not only what coverage they may need, but how an insurance carrier is likely to evaluate that risk.
Russ Moore
Vice President of Marketing
Russ Moore leads marketing at BluePeak Digital Insurance Agency. A Kansas City native, he brings a background across insurance, mortgage lending, and public relations, and previously served as a Director of Public Relations leading outreach with local chambers of commerce. He holds a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Vermont.

Founder and Principal Producer Yoan Leyva spent more than a decade in high-level commercial underwriting with major insurance organizations before opening the agency — the side of the transaction that decides whether an account gets written, how it is classed and what it costs. Risk analysis therefore starts with the exposures an underwriter will actually price, not a generic checklist. Coverage review focuses on forms, endorsements and exclusions, where claims are won and lost, rather than premium alone. And submissions are built the way an underwriter needs to receive them: complete operations detail, loss history in context and a clear narrative, so the account is evaluated on its merits instead of guessed at.
